It looks really good. I love the start button and look of the start menu. The shell style is crisp and clear and unique (I love the black glossy look of the bottle in it). The min, max, and close buttons are the best (at least in my opinion). The highlight look of the taskbar programs is really good as well and compliments the start button and taskbar perfectly. Excellent job.

If you want any ideas for any future themes - I would love to see a really good dark red and black theme for vista (I have yet to see a red theme for vista that is as good as the first haemo theme was for xp). I look forward to anything you put out though because all of it has been good.

You should add some glow to the Start Menu's black text, like in the address bar. The rest is great.

Very nice work! The start orb and min/max coordinate perfectly with this theme. I love the way you perfectly matched the shellstyle with the menu bar. Not an easy thing to do and I've never seen it done before in any theme. Keep up the good work!
